An International conference and event for the Life project "Wetland Challenges" with Dutch regional food.

Located near the Weerribben-Wieden National Park, Holland with 28 seats.
Dutch Hotel-Restaurant (Leisure)
Located in Giethoorn, Holland with 80 seats, 23 rooms and 20 boats (12 fte).
Traditional Dutch Restaurant
Located in the Flowerpark in Dafeng, China with 100 seats (18 fte)
